Photo & Media Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending any event hosted by the Swiss Society of New York, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media (collectively, "Media") may be captured during the event. These Media may include your likeness and/or voice.

You hereby grant the Swiss Society of New York the right to use, reproduce, and/or publish such Media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, publication on our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital or print communications.

By attending any event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears and understand that there will be no financial compensation for the use of said Media.
